Children's University ePassport
Introduction to the ePassport
This film introduces the ePassport
and how young people can use it to demonstrate the impact of their
participation in out of school learning activities...
The ePassport has arrived!
The ePassport to Learning does not replace the paper
Passport to Learning but provides children with the facility to
complete an online Passport with details of the activities they
have taken part in and share information and pictures of the
activities with other users in their school.
Having their own ePassport, children can also see what
Learning Destinations and activities are on offer, and read
comments on them from other Children's University students.
What is an ePassport?
The ePassport is an online tool that children can use to manage
their Children's University learning. Each child will have their
own login and can update their passport with hours achieved and see
how many hours they need to complete until their next award.
The ePassport creates an online Children's University learning
community where children can see what other children in their
school have been doing and importantly what they thought of it!
Children can also upload pictures and comments which are moderated
by the teacher before going live on the website.
There is much more that the ePassport will do. For more
